I wouldn’t be so confident without this support. The conversations, the workbook, everything is preparing me for this journey in the very best way.
Birth planning,
built for surrogacy. Not a Hand-off — designed for the journey you’re actually on.
A doula-led, in‑house program for every Nascency surrogate — preparing you, your support person, and your intended family for the day everything has been leading toward.
More support thananyone we know of.
You shared and we listended. We heard so many birth stories- wishing they had more support. No advance conversations around what happens immediately after birth. No feeding plan. Parents missing opportunities they didn't know existed. Surrogates feeling left in the dark during their postpartum experience.
So we built our own — in‑house, run by someone who has lived it. Every Nascency surrogate gets personalised preparation, hospital coordination, and surrogacy-specific birth and post-birth planning. Nobody arrives feeling unprepared.
Not just four topics —
a full library built around you.
Videos, handouts, checklists, and 1:1 virtual support — all designed around the unique realities of surrogacy. Click any topic to explore what’s inside.
Pregnancy Support
for surrogates, specifically.
Your health, your wellbeing, your voice — carrying for another family is its own experience, and we treat it that way.
We cover the unique aspects of surrogacy pregnancy, how to advocate for yourself, and what questions to ask at OB appointments. You’ll explore support options tailored to pregnancy — perinatal massage, acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy, nutrition, labor prep — plus ways to strengthen communication with your intended family as birth approaches.
- Health & wellbeing as a surrogate
- Perinatal support options
- Mental health support
- OB appointment prep
- Surrogate & IP communication
- Building your community
Doula Care
that knows surrogacy.
What a doula does, how the doula model of care supports better birth outcomes and experiences overall, and assistance with finding in-person support
We walk you through what a doula actually does (and doesn’t do), how to use this program’s virtual doula access and resource guide, and — if you want hands‑on support — a step‑by‑step guide to finding a surrogacy‑trained doula in your area. We can connect you with doulas nationwide who understand the dynamics of carrying for someone else.

Birth Preparation
that becomes your plan.
Know your options, own your preferences, and walk into the room with a plan that everyone has read.
Informed decision‑making, common birth terminology, the stages of labor, and different birth scenarios — including inductions and C‑sections. We go deep on the “golden hours” specific to surrogacy, what they mean for you and your intended family, and how your support person can show up for you. This is where preferences become a real plan. Birth Plans act as a tool, communication bridge, and help to enhance the experience for everyone involved.

Postpartum
deserves the same care.
The part of the journey that gets the least attention — and matters every bit as much.
Your body has been through something remarkable, and you deserve support for what comes next — even without a newborn to care for. We cover recovery for all birth types, the 5‑5‑5 healing ritual, nutrition, reconnecting with yourself and your family. We also go deep on pumping: maintaining production, donation plans, or stopping — with practical, personalized guidance.

A real plan,
built together.
This isn’t a packet we hand over and wish you luck. For every Nascency surrogate, Ash and our team are actively involved — from your first session, through the chapter that follows birth, and every step in between.
We introduce you to the resource center — videos, handouts, checklists, and 1:1 virtual sessions with Ash, all built specifically for surrogates.
We gather and walk through the specific policies at your delivery hospital. No surprises on the day of birth — for you, your support person, or your IPs.
We go through every option and preference together to create a birth plan that reflects your wishes, your boundaries, and what will make you feel supported
We meet with you, your IPs, and each party individually and together to align fully — then send the plan to the hospital so everyone walks in on the same page.
Ash Saverino
Ash is part of our own team — an experienced surrogate who brings both lived experience and deep professional expertise to every birth she supports. She built her career around making sure surrogacy birth and post-birth experiences have a space to acknowledge both the complexities and the beauty of this process.
Working with Ash was the greatest addition of support I didn’t know I needed. Having someone who gets surrogacy from all sides — as a surrogate and as a doula — really helped me feel at ease.
Real voices,
real journeys.
What this program has meant to the people it was built for.
The greatest addition of support I didn’t know I needed. Someone who truly gets surrogacy from both sides — it made all the difference.
I’m actually looking forward to pumping now! Last time I didn’t have this support and it was hard. This time, I have everything I need going in.
