This is always a conversation, ranging between $55,000 - $100,000+ based on factors like where you live and your experience level. Monthly payments after pregnancy is confirmed by heartbeat — not a single payout at the end. Plus milestone payments for medical clearance, legal clearance, and embryo transfer along the way.
