She embraces a deeply holistic lifestyle: clean paleo and carnivore diet, no caffeine, and 5-6 gym sessions per week (sometimes twice a day). Her primary support includes her mother, who is willing to travel from New Mexico, and two close friends who were actively present at her last delivery.
